Monarda fistulosa

This is a popular native perennial that’s often found in many pollinator gardens, and for good reason. It’s a favorite with many pollinators! Wild Bergamot is in the mint family and produces fragrant lavender, white or pink flowers. Flowers bloom from July to September and have a long bloom period. It’s often found in open woodlands, fields or in wet meadows. It’ll attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bumble bees!
